Privacy policy

1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is Radosław Pawłowski, trading as RANOLI Radosław Pawłowski, ul. Zapłocie Małe 156b, 43-300 Bielsko-Biała, Poland, tax ID (NIP) PL5470286249, REGON 240890019, the distributor of Scolaro parasols in Poland ("we").

For any matter regarding personal data, email kontakt@scolaropoland.pl or call +48 605 194 418.

2. Quote request form

When you send an inquiry through the form on the website or in the configurator, we process the data you provide: name or company name, email address, phone number, message and the selected product configuration. If you arrived through a tagged link (e.g. our ad on Facebook or Instagram), we also attach that link’s UTM parameters – the source and campaign name. Until you send the form they are kept only in your browser’s session storage and are not shared with anyone.

We do this to answer your inquiry and prepare an offer, i.e. to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and for further correspondence on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Providing data is voluntary, but we cannot answer the inquiry without it. We keep the data for the duration of our correspondence and then until any claims become time-barred. If we enter into a contract, we keep the data for as long as tax and accounting laws require.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

The website stores information in your browser that is necessary for it to work, e.g. your choice in the cookie banner. This data is not used for tracking and does not require consent.

Optional cookies are activated only after you click "Accept" in the banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR):

  • Google Analytics 4 – visit statistics: which pages are viewed, where visitors come from, what device they use, whether an inquiry was sent.
  • Google Ads – measuring ad performance (whether a visit from an ad led to an inquiry) and remarketing, i.e. showing our ads to people who have visited the website.
  • Meta Pixel (Facebook, Instagram) – measuring the performance of our ads on Meta platforms (page views, inquiries sent, clicks on the phone number or email) and remarketing there. Meta may link this data to your Facebook or Instagram account; for this processing we and Meta are joint controllers.

We use Google Consent Mode v2. Until you consent, Google tools neither store nor read cookies in your browser and advertising data is restricted. Google then receives only basic signals without cookie identifiers (e.g. that a page was viewed or an inquiry was sent), which it uses for aggregated, anonymised estimates of visits and conversions. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in measuring the performance of the website and ads (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Meta Pixel has no cookieless mode – without your consent it does not load at all and sends no data to Meta.

4. Withdrawing consent

You can withdraw or change your consent at any time with the "Change cookie settings" button at the bottom of this page (the "Privacy policy" link is in the footer of every page). Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.

5. YouTube videos

Product pages contain videos hosted on YouTube (Google). The player loads only after you click a video; from that moment Google may set its own cookies in line with its privacy policy.

6. Who we share data with

We use external providers that process data on our behalf:

  • Netlify, Inc. – website hosting (including server logs such as IP addresses),
  • Resend, Inc. – delivering form messages to our mailbox,
  • Google Ireland Ltd. – Google Analytics, Google Ads and YouTube,
  • Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. – Meta Pixel (ads on Facebook and Instagram).

7. Transfers outside the EEA

These providers may process data in the United States. Such transfers are based on the European Commission decision on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access your data and receive a copy of it,
  • rectify your data,
  • have your data erased,
  • restrict processing,
  • data portability,
  • object to processing based on legitimate interest,
  • withdraw consent at any time,
  • lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority – in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).

9. Automated decisions

We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that would have legal effects. Remarketing in Google Ads and on Meta platforms only tailors which ads are shown and has no such effects.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, e.g. when we change the tools used on the website. The current version is always available at this address.
